The concept of traditional workplace and working methods have started to be reshaped and changed recently. With the developing technology, digital marketing is replacing traditional marketing in a consumer oriented way in the business world . With the reshaping of the business world, digital marketing has moved the passive consumer to an active position. Especially the development of the internet has caused radical changes in business life.

After the internet started to be used for commercial activities, traditional markets were replaced by virtual markets as a result of the change in traditional marketing activities. Now, the market consists of virtual stores that will be accessible anywhere and anytime in the world where the internet is available, even though it is nowhere, without having to open a concrete store. These and similar situations caused businesses to focus their marketing activities on the internet (KAYIN, 2017)

In the business world with traditional marketing model, there is one-sided communication in reaching the consumer. With digitalization, digital marketing, which has a radical change in the business world; has provided a double-sided and constantly renewed communication process with the consumer. In addition, institutions will have the chance to fight other competitors that follow the advancing technology and digitalization in the business world. Digital marketing applications, which provide 'meeting' with the consumer in a shorter time, with low costs and in an instant interaction, can also be considered as an area where innovation is 'consumed' very quickly. For this reason, institutions that want to maintain their place in the business world should adapt to this process in the best way.
